Overview
DigitAllEase is a static website: pages are plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript files served by a hosting provider. There are no user accounts, no member areas, no web forms and no database.
This policy describes the data handling that matches the current implementation. It does not describe services that do not exist.
What the website does not do
The website's own code does not use analytics, advertising or tracking services, and it does not operate forms, newsletters or user accounts. The website's own code does not attempt to set cookies.
Like any website, page and asset requests are handled by standard web infrastructure while you browse. This website does not add profiling, advertising or analytics scripts on top of that.
Information you type into the tools
The browser-based tools — the UTM Campaign Builder, the Image Optimizer, the Freelance Rate Calculator, the Document & Markdown Formatter, the Password & UUID Generator and the Privacy Policy & Disclosure Generator — process what you enter inside your own browser.
- Text and numbers you type are processed on the page and are not sent to this website or anywhere else.
- Images you process with the Image Optimizer are handled locally in your browser and are never uploaded.
- Generated passwords and UUIDs are created with your browser's built-in cryptographic functions and are not transmitted or stored by the website.
- The "copy" action in the UTM Builder places the generated link on your device's clipboard; the website does not access your clipboard otherwise.
- Tool inputs are not saved by the website — reloading the page clears what you entered.
For completeness: the UTM Builder contains a disabled QR-code preview option. It is switched off in the current build (its target element is not present on the page), so it performs no request.
Local storage settings
The website saves only two small settings in your browser's local storage. Local storage is a storage area belonging to this website in your browser — the values are not sent to this website or to anyone else.

You can delete these settings at any time using your browser's "clear site data" or storage controls. Deleting them only removes your preferences (the consent banner will appear again the next time you visit).

Some pages may link to other websites or services. When you follow a link, you leave this website and their providers handle your information under their own terms and policies — not this policy.

If you email us at [email protected], you voluntarily share whatever you choose to write — typically your email address and the message content. If you include a name, address, order reference or anything else in your message, we will learn it only because you included it.
Messages are used to answer your email. Delivery and storage of email happens through your email provider and ours, under their services; this website does not operate the mailbox systems or keep copies here. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as passwords or payment details) in messages.
Changes to this policy
If the website's behavior changes — for example, if tools, integrations or storage usage change — this policy will be updated to match, and the "Last updated" date above will change. The version published on this page is the current policy.
